Once the order has been received your piece will be posted within 2 days.
WHERE DOES NORMA. SHIP TO AND HOW MUCH IS IT?
We ship worldwide! UK delivery is free and shipping costs are calculated at checkout for all other countries.
WHAT DELIVERY SERVICE DOES NORMA. USE?
UK parcels are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery and all other parcels are sent using DHL Express.
CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE ONCE IT HAS BEEN SENT?
Yes! When your parcel has been posted you will receive an email with tracking information.
HOW LONG WILL MY PARCEL TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Once dispatched, UK ‘Special Delivery’ postage should be delivered the next day. International shipments vary so for further information you can check on the DHL Express website for an estimate of how long it will take for your parcel to get to you.
ARE CUSTOM FEES, DUTIES AND TAXES INCLUDED IN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
International orders may be subjected to local custom fees, duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for these import fees that may be incurred. These fees are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost. For further information, I would recommend contacting your local customs office.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PARCEL HASN’T ARRIVED?
The first thing is to check the tracking information (find this in an email sent to you when your piece was posted) to check the status of your parcel. If your parcel has been lost or stolen please get in touch on info@normajewellery.com. Please be aware that as I am a small business I am only able to refund the Royal Mail compensation cover and I am unable to refund un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. To avoid any issues please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
RETURNS
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
If you wish to return a piece of NORMA. jewellery you can do this by notifying me within 14 days of receiving your order on info@normajewellery.com. I must receive the piece back within 28 days of purchase, unused and in its original condition and packaging. I will process the refund as soon as the piece has been received. Please note that I do not cover the cost of returns postage and I am not responsible for packages being shipped back to me. Thank you for your understanding!
